Anyone know anything about this obscure Nigerian cruiserweight? TKO'd Czyz in only four rounds, and ended his career with a little over 20 fights.
i think i have footage of him about a min long of it. very strong lad wasnt anything major special but a good contender. Anaclet Wamba now there is a fighter who needs some interest due to the complete lack of cw interest...russel you up for makign a underated cruisers thread or somthing?
I think most remember the ******* era of the 80s and to a large degree the 90s, which was full of lazy Light Heavies; some of whom (Carlos Deleon being #1) could of been a threat in the division, if properly motivated.
Well said. World class/elite fighters may rarely of come from the division but it definitely never lacked interesting and or exciting fighters. Heavyweight power with far more speed, and having to actually come in at a weight limit unlike heavyweights. Lets not forget Ezra Sellers, who was one of the most exciting fighters in years.
