Teper done for drugs now too.

Obvious flaws but got to feel for the man the only two men to hand him defeats are cheats.

Hope this restores a bit of confidence back to him. That right hand can still put people fast asleep, IMO.

Might only give him false hope. He's a very flawed fighter.... Someone decent would find him out again. I like Price I really do, nice guy and his right cross is something vicious. But he's too flawed to move forward in the division. I think it's possible to squeeze another payday out of him though. With careful matchmaking say Lobjanidze, Arias, Nascimento and then maybe Hammer to top it all off he might just be able to land that big fight with Joshua that he wants.... Not hating just being real.

His confidence is zero and his chin is worse .Has power but in all honesty his slow robotic stiff movements means he will always get beat by half decent fighters

I agree. When he was undefeated and confidence sky high he had a better chance against top heavyweights just because he was willing to let his hands go. Of course he was every bit as beatable as he is now but these days the punchers threat he once had is gone because he's too scared to let his hands go. If he wants to land a big fight his best bet is to polish off a couple of journeymen in a short period of time before fighting someone like Hammer. If he wins which is very possible then I'm sure he could land a fight with AJ. That's his best bet.

    Fair comments.

I doubt he will be a heavyweight champion but I think he still has a part to play. I, for one, hope to see him fight again. Hopefully after a few wins he can get into some decent fights.

We will all watch in hope he finds that big punch again and lets face it, rightly or wrongly, as boxing fans we like to watch fighters with a vulnerability to be knocked out.

This is shocking. Feel for Price but he needs to rebuild by keeping busy and working on his jab. If he had a half decent jab and mentally was even slightly better he'd soon be back in the mix.

I wonder if Teper was doping for the Rogan fight where he badly hurt him?

so how long will Teper be banned for then ? Surely the only way yo stop this is to say life ban, end of career, no excuses, it's the ONLY way people will not be prepared to take the risk

  9. Price has the worst jab in boxing. His complete inability to set his shots up is an embarrassment.

I'd be interested to know if any average, perhaps not quite british title level heavy eight earns more or less than 50k per year - is there a goos career being a journey who is paid to lose ??

A journeymen? Even a decent British level champion of most weights is likely to be earning anymore than 30k.

Journeymen are paid in the hundreds for shows.

Only an idiot scouser would want price back in the ring, he's a coward, he runs off and hides the moment he loses, he isn't made to be a boxer needs to just leave it now, plenty of fighters deserve a "payday" ahead of a chump like price

Why does it always take a couple of months before these doping allegations come out?

Surely test results are produced before then. Farcical.

As for Price you need to feel for him but he is mentally a wreck after the last couple of years. Needs to get his confidence back over in the UK beating the likes of a ***ton or lewison. Then go again.
