    Will Tarver show up for a paycheck or is he really serious about this fight?

    Whether he is serious about it or not, Dawson beats him each time. He doesn't have the style or talent to beat Dawson.

    Dawson by UD unless he gets stupid and lets Tarver load up on him. I would really like to see Tarver KOed in this one.

    another pointless fight. Dawson if he wanted to could of done much more damage to Tarver in the first fight, this time Dawson will try to knock him out.

    Tarver's done.
    The single question on this fight is if Tarver will go the distance or not.
    I'd say yes.

    Dawson beat him up bad in the first one, I can't see it happening any differently. It's going to be Tarver with his arms up in a shell being bashed around the ring until a mercy stoppage in the 10th.

    Doubt I'll stay up for this. There is nothing to motivate me to stay up, the fight is predictable, and it doesn't really make for exciting viewing even.

    The only danger for Dawson is himself. He's just got to keep the motivation to fight this old movie star, could be difficult when you already beat him easily.
