This is a technique taught on the Level 1 English Amateur Boxing Coach's Course as a defence against an over-hand right. It's known as a "wedge" block. I have never seen anyone use it consistently as part of their repertoire but have seen it used as an emergency defence.
no I have just one account! For the record it's doubtful that steroids have a profound effect at least in the long term- possible short term effects for a few individuals but in most cases injection of steroids results in homeostasis.
