Degale clearly had nothing left, came to spoil and run, with the benediction of the ref.

Eubank looked rather pedestrian, and labored for his win. Not exactly an impressive victory.

This fight was awful to watch.

One lazy, inaccurate punch from Degale, then hug. repeat, repeat, repeat.

Eubank can't cut off a ring to save his life, but most of the blame goes to Degale for this ugly grappling match.

I remember Dwyer claiming in a video that Degale had plenty left and made the right decision in relinquishing his belt. For some reason he always had a hard on for him.

Now it's well and truly over.
Contrary to Groves, he never hurt Eubank and fought like a sissy.

Or rather to the referee who allowed it all night long.

poor fight, but Chunky let himself go, unbelievable. Well its been coming a long time. Unbelievable lol losing to "hit my head go on" eubie!

You can see Jnr wanted it though, he was prepared to walk in to land...fortunately DeGale wasn't landing. James was trying to coast again, ffs.

He knew he was shot and vacated his belt to cash out, he's bound to announce his retirement if he hasn't already. This was his retirement fund fight, can't blame him really, boxing is a tough career and if there's the chance to have one last big payday before quitting then it's a no brainer. Much like when Martinez fought Cotto he knew his knee was phucked and showed up for the payday and then retired.
