WTF was the slapping all about? Looked totally complacent and disinterested. Eubank could very well have been right. Given too much, too soon. Boxing is a hungry man's game.

 

I used to think Degale was alright, but I seriously doubt he'll ever get to world level, as a matter of fact, I don't think any of the olympians will.

 

Frankie Gavin didn't exactly look great either.

Quite possibly. When I think of how someone like Lennox had to scrap his way to the big bucks, some of these kids do get spoiled. Having corporate shills blowing smoke up their asses exacerbates the problem.

I beg to differ. He just floored a guy with 3 times as many fights under his belt than himself and who'd also never been put on his ass. The soft stoppage wasn't his fault either as the ref made the decision. Admittedly, Gavin should probably have turned it on like he did in the last round a bit sooner, but people seem to forget that these are all fights where the 'olympians' are learning how the professional game works. Seriously, what do people expect? World titles after 8 fights?

 

He always looks like dog ****. The guy is a mess at present and looks like Audley Harrison part 2. Like Audley, he has talent but implements an awful game.
