Its a 50-50. I would expect DeGale to beat both.

I know the Degale - Dilks is classed as an eliminator, but with Groves being Commonwealth champion and with him beating Adamu who beat Dilks, i would hope the Board would give Groves the chance for the title when it becomes vacant.

DeGale vs Dilks then Smith. That is quality stuff. Gavin vs Wright then Daws. I want to see these guys stepping up. Groves needs to fight Quigley, Dodson or someone in the 168 top 10.

Smith is **** in truth DeGale would be way to much for him.

i like smith i think he has a good style. i dont think he has the power to progress past the euro belt but i hope im wrong because i am a fan.
for some reason degale niggles me. i think it started when he entered the ring with one of his mates signing some stupid song. his performances have been getting better and i think he has the tools to make it on the world stage, but with warren he will have 25-30 fights before he gets his shot! warren wont risk a loss so early on in his career!

I don`t think it works like that unfortunatly, but the Commonwealth champion is usally in with a shout to be made mandatory. There should be proper british rankings that the board post online so everyone knows where they stand.

How many fights does it take to win the
    British belt outright?
Smith has got Dodson then will have
McDermott. Does the Quigley fight count
    or just defences?
