    just watched degale on box nation groves has done the kid a huge favour the guy seemed more relaxed and no sign of cockyness. He even looks a bit likeable now.

    Well the Groves fight was a major embarrassment for Degale, he has become more realistic.

    he did seem a bit more chilled like.....im sure once he gets that euro strap he will be banging the drum again.

    Frank and even Buncy probably told him to cool it.Bunce didn't ask him one question about Groves and quite rightly focused on Saturdays fight.He has still been spouting his usual deluded nonsense on other media outlets. The first night on BoxNation,Bunce said to him something like Groves does`n`t want the fight yet and Degale said of course he does`t` he is scared, he knows he got lucky last time.Degale is still a ****
