    I guess Fat Willie "don't" make the cut....but hey (rebounding a bit).wasn't BE's sister supposed to be a candidate for the upcoming "Tony Galento Story"?

    At 5'9" Tony had enormous muscular legs, a broad waist and shoulders, and I doubt his body looked much different for his early career bouts closer to 180 than he did at 244 for Max Baer. He's built like a power lifter. Under 225 as he was for beating Nova in 14 rounds was probably his best conditioned weight. (Does anybody have Galento's tale of the tape, especially for those thighs and calves? They look like tree trunks!)

    Shannon Briggs was 273 when he fought Ibragimov in 2007.
    He was 6'4 or 76 inches.

    That makes him 3.59 pounds per inch.
