Clearly "Decked" Braun. And if not him "Gentlemanly" George Good.

Ray "The Guy That Said Dempsey Was The Best" Arcel. Postfutchean Billy Blanks or Whoopie.

Hands down its Arcel, who I would argue is probably the best trainer of all time.

Billy Blanks trained Hector Salvador Jose Raul Roberto Carlos Wilfredo Julio Diego Ruiz y Lopez Medina Sanchez Cruz Gomez and his brother Juan Gonzalez. That's a solid twosome.

Was Postfutchean before or after the Durham Dynasty?

Arcel or Blackburn would be tops.

Whitey Bimstein was an excellent trainer and corner man. We should not forget him in this thread.

Futch was a very technically competent trainer AND strategist. The times I heard him talk technical showed me he functioned at a level well above most trainers.

In my mind he ranks along with Blackburn and Arcel as top three all time.

Stewart in my mind was more "gimmicky" and less technical sound than Futch. I would place him in a category below these three.

Excellent call on Blackburn .. interesting how he did such an amazing job on Joe Louis since he came out of an era where no one knew how to fight ... by today at least .. ;)

According to Vito Antuofermo ... Freddie Brown wasn't a very good trainer but he was an excellent corner man.

    Two very different things.

Brown may have been the best cut man of all time. Kept Marciano in the fight after his nose was split i half.
