Yeah, I mean his manager being forced to mention and enforce contractual arrangements that they're currently tied is totally earthing me, and also evidence that Kovalev ducked him. Makes perfect sense.

Try to follow. Kov is tied to HBO contractually. Stevenson was
Working with Big AL and Showtime. They cannot fight on those channels which is exactly what they indicated to Kov would happen numerous times. There isn't enough money involved in the match to warrant a joint venture between HBO and Showtime as if this were May/Paq 1 or a rematch. Seems simple enough. Kov's promoter pulled out because she knew the score with all of this and didn't want to waste time going through the motions to have it end up in nothing again...and she seems to be a pretty ****ty promoter. There's that too.

Sergey KRUSHER Kovalev would kill apimpleson. Destroy his little head. Stevenson has been ducking him for ages and will continue to do so. apimpleson is scared stiff of Sergey KRUSHER Kovalev.

They chose to pursue Ward instead.

Yes, because contractually it couldn't move forward genius. Do you like looking completely inept at understanding that there are contractual and business interests involved. You make it sound like Kovalev personally ducked, or really anyone ducked at all. Get a life bro.

What you are forgetting is that Kovalevs contract expired after the first Pascal fight and they said it wouldn't be a problem. He then resigned with HBO while in the midst of getting everythng worked out for the Stevenson fight. All he had to do was not resign with HBO or stipulate conditions to get this fight made and he did not do it. The second time was Kovalevs fault and I hate Stevenson.

I don't think Kovalev would have any problem fighting anyone. I am a fan of Kovalev but when people act like it wasn't his promotional outfit, HBO, and his fault for not getting the fight made it gets annoying. Then there are those who were saying Stevenson ducked Kovalev again and that wasn't the case either.

The Kovalev-Stevenson fight was coming together and there should of been no reason for the fight not to be made as Kovalevs contract expired with the first Pascal fight. He then signed back with HBO which kinda snowballed into Kovalev and his promotional outfit pulling out. Stevenson did not pull out. The blame lies with Kovalev and his people. It also gets annoying when people are like well it isn't Kovalevs fault because he has a contract with HBO but no he didn't after the Pascal fight when this fight was getting put together.

In reality boxing is a business and there are alot of politics involved. Too many fans nowadays jump up and scream duck when in most cases it just isn't true. But lets not act like this fight couldn't of happened the second time because of HBOs contract with Kovalev when it had expired while this fight was getting put together.

Hahahahaha yes, indeed. I am being embarrassed, or rather, I am embarrassed for you Boxed.

Boxed, you have no concept of basic contractual arrangments and requirements. Please don't pretend that you can even begin to grasp them. Your continual question of "who walked away?" is not a sign of a great intellectual armament. You don't understand that walking away was really not a volitional choice but instead a requirement.

Yes, you've got me. Everybody knows that Kovalev ducked him. Oh wait, no you don't and no, hardly anyone else believes that. You're almost on an island of your own imagination on this one sport.

It's too late to be arguing with an idiot though. I'll hop to it tomorrow and put this baby to bed after I awaken.
