I’ve had a quick look, can’t really find anything put out by the greats going back decades and decades. For what it’s worth, there is this quite a reasonable instruction vid put out by Kostya Tszyu. A lot of instructional vids try to grab you with some eye grabbing moves - KT just gives you sound fundamentals to anchor yourself in - and, as KT shows, it’s just practice, practice, practice thereafter. He doesn’t even try to load up with his best, more realistically, it’s steady as she goes - at least until you get the fundamentals right before you endeavour to ante it up.
