Biggest names 100% but with context they aren't great wins. 1 KD of Parker was the most blatant head butt you can see in a ring and Povetkin was a corpse of himself even in the first fight.
Add context and point out that he had not been defeated and was 24-0 1 nc with I think 21 kos Yes he had the regular title which has been ok before for others in the past who get elevated It was a decent win at the time
I don't doubt Povetkin was an older fighter but he was still good enough to beat H Fury and not lose to Hunter
