ahhh ****! i forgot about that. watched a few holyfield fights recently and damn he was skilled at dropping that mellon onto an unsuspecting foe

im sure mayweather told sultan to be wary of that tactic.

This is one of the likely outcomes in the fight: Holyfield opens a cut with a headbutt after a punch, and the ref counts it as a cut caused by a punch. A couple of rounds later, the fight is stopped. Riot ensues; Vitali Klitschko fans ***** for no reason; Holyfield fights again and is beaten by Andrew Golota.

Or another way for Holyfield to win by using his head (in the literal sense) would be if he cuts Sultan under the eye, so the fight isn't stopped, but it bothers the hell out of Ibragimov and Holyfield picks up a lot of rounds as a result. I think Tyson's complete ineptitude in the second half of their first fight had a lot to do with that cut, although Evander would have won anyway.

I think your theory is likely to happen except for a fight vs.Golota who ain't **** - you will see Holyfield fighting Wlad Klitschko and finally everyone (outside of us hardcore fans) will recognize Wlad as the undisputed champion, thanks to Commander Vander...

I'm sure Holyfield will lose if he fights on after winning tonight (IF he wins). If he does fight on, I think he'll lose to the first opponent he faces. Golota was only picked as an example of how shot/useless an opponent Holyfield might lose to.

The ideal situation for me would be for Holyfield to win, then call it a day.

Holyfield might end up on the wrong end of a headbutt against Ibragimov. The Russian is shorter and he crouches a lot.

Holyfield dropped his head; Tyson moved in and hit the head. If Holyfield needed to check if his laces were tied, he could have done it between rounds.

looks can be deceiving. Ibragimov looked the same vs. briggs. he had to keep moving the entire fight to stay out of Briggs's range after going on offense...he did it with ease.
