Anybody seen this kid? Oscar's cousin, looks like he has the right stuff.. quick hands good left hook, and they say he's also a converted southpaw, he's gonna be at the Olympics on 2012...

Cool stuff, the kid's much more of a ham than his older cousin but he's got some skills nonetheless. With some work on a good jab he can go far.

In my view, his name will be the reason he struggles to make a huge impact.

I'm interested to see what Gabriel De La Hoya is like as a boxer if he ever goes down that line, be hard for him to be effective like his old man, but he'll be around boxers his entire upbringing and at any point he can say "Yo, Uncle B-Hop, teach me that shoulder roll"

It would be wise and ironic if he inks top rank. I think top rank will bring out his true potential. GBP looks to suck at matching up young boxers. Imagine years from now top rank with Diego dela Hoya vs a GBP fighter. Would make a good main event for a boxing after dark drama wise.
