Always wondered about this guy and ran across his name a few times on boxrec over the years. Anybody know anything about him? His boxrec page has nothing in the biography section and there's no footage on youtube or at least from the brief search I did. Apparently his career ran from 1981-1985, during which time he compiled a record of 19-2-0-14. In his 11th pro fight he beat a decent prospect in Tony Anthony and later stopped Dave Jaco when he still had a respectable 18-2 record. Simpson then suffered a first round knockout loss to an up and coming Buster Douglas in some ESPN tourney. A few fights later he lost to a young Pierre Coetzer in what turned out to be the last outing of his career.
