I was really, really surprised how good Dirrell was. He really learned a lot from the Froch fight, and now he knows how good he is when he dares to fight.
This is the first time I changed my mind about a fighter in 1 fight, never knew he had it in him.

The funniest thing at the end of this bizarre night is that almost everybody here was right about the outcome of the fight. The people here said Dirrell would school AA and win the fight, and the others that he would be KO'd brutally in one of the later rounds. :good

    Masterful??
You talk about a kid with 20 fights and none of the intangibles that make a fighter great as if he's unstoppable. Which is odd, because he just lost to FROCH, of all people. Say what you want about the decision...I think any of the other fighters would have done better in that fight.

I have to agree that Ward and Dirrell are looking like the best of the bunch right now, although i feel Kessler will beat Froch decisively to prove he is at least equal to The Matrizx.

He is still not complete. He is a great boxer, but if he was complete he could have kept up the boxing in the last 3 rounds. He still needs work on relaxing, but he is looking good. Let's hope the punch did not make him get a weaker chin. That can happen. A guy is knocked out and he doesn't take a good punch anymore.

    :rofl

Dirrell is an athletic wonder, but "masterful?" He pulls out with his hands down like a rank amateur EVERY time. He wildly and carelessly exchanges with his opponents whether or not it's prudent. Funny joke.

Dirrell is basically screwed. He has to beat Ward to get in and Ward has ALL of his fights at home. I see Kessler and Abraham beating Froch and Froch moving on by his 'win' over Dirrell as they will be tied 2 each. AD and Allan G go home.
