    according to this article: http://www.fightnews.com/?p=41588

    and this: http://sporten.tv2.dk/article.php/id-29608284:bokser-burde-have-v%C3%A6ret-p%C3%A5-b%C3%A5re.html

    Ready to fight again
Despite the slow treatment from the organisers Dirrell arrived at the hospital, where he was examined in three hours, and the conclusion was a concussion

Surely all allegations that's he was acting should be completely discarded as pure nonsense,
I mean unless he's practicing method acting and wanted the concussion so his "performance" could be as real as possible.

BTW check out this info about concussions> http://www.emedicinehealth.com/concussion/article_em.htm

I believe you're looking for the "StormFront" website, it's a place where neo-nazis and white supremacists can get together and share their feelings. You'll like it there, among your peers, soul-mates, and fellow travelers.

This is a place for semi-intelligent boxing discussion.

its where you get news about fights

so much for the acting crowd. it was obvious to anyone sensible that he was severely disoriented, we didn't need this confirmation.

Damn! I feel bad I doubted Dirrell during the fight when it happened. After watching the replay...one of the angles was very good and I did say that it was a massive shot and it could have been a delayed reaction to the illegal punch Abraham threw. This only solidifies that Andre was legitimately hurt.

  5. I hope he's alright.

Won't fly. It will be dismissed as an April Fools joke by those that don't want to believe, but in truth, they won't even click on the thread. It will shatter their inane ramblings to pieces.

Well why shouldn't he be hurt. He was defenseless and hit by a bad AA right hand.
I really think that Dirrell should get the benifit of the doubt and not AA in this instance.
AA threw that punch while he should have held back and been aware that Andre Dirrell was down.
Being frustrated is what made him do it IMO.

Well said, though how would you know of such website?

hope he recovers quickly and is ready for the next fight with Ward. Given that Ward-Green is only in June, I assume the fight won't be done till September.

Wow, I gotta see that replay again. I never accused Dirrell of faking, or accused AA of being a dirty fighter. From the angle I saw it didn't look like that hard of a shot, I thought AA landed better shots during the fight. I know AA is heavy handed, but Damn, I was wrong. That right underhook was devastating.
I do hope Dirrell recovers and is 100% soon. I was impressed with how much better he looked against Abraham than against Froch.

I didn't know how "hurt" he was. And the way he initally reacted was questionable in my opinion but its now clear that the impact that punch had was very damaging. I gave Dirrell the benefit. Abraham should have been and was DQ'd. My only question was "could he have continued". And the answer to that question was clearly NO! But I agree Arthur should have held back or not thrown that punch at all b/c he knew Dirrell was down.

It's pretty sad when so called boxing fans have to demand actual proof that Dirrell was seriously injured and not faking.

Alright, agree with all of this except I don't think he could have continued when I saw his reaction and saw how he was punched.
You can always interpret the reaction of Dirrell, but it was a mean punch and I can't think of anyone who would continue fighting normally.

It's really sad I agree, those fanatics who claims know Dirrell was acting really needs to get a grip on reality.

I don't see anything wrong with asking for proof. There have been plenty of times when fighters say they can't continue due to an accidental injury. Remember Nate Campbell vs Bradley? Many thought Campbell wasn't as hurt as he claimed to be and could see.
