As much as I dislike Dirrell and find him to be a quitting Glass Jawed Fraud, I will give him credit for travelling to fight Froch. He proved that he will travel if need be to make a big fight happen at least once in his career whereas Bute refuses to leave Montreal. Add in the infamous long count against Andrade which exposed his Glass Jaw and hometown cooking at the same time and it's clear why top fighters do not want to go to Canada to fight him. Bute is a stay-at-home, China Chinned Chump.

 

Dirrel moving back, in an out pawing with the jab. Bute steps forward and fires and UC into Dirrel's liver. Dirrel down.....grabbing his sac, while the punch clearly landed under his ribcage. American ref sends Bute to the nuetral corner, see Dirrel crying out on the canvas......It over Bute is DQd, Dirrel is the new IBF champion.

Dirrell is delusional if he believes he can get a big fight without travelling. Dr. Shaw-High must have failed when he healed that brain.

Dirrell hasnt done anything at SMW and I cant understand how or why he thinks he can call shots. Whats Dirrells best win? Oganov, maybe Abraham but then Abraham hasnt done anything at SMW and I would have picked Oganov to beat Abraham.
Truth is I think Dirrell wants a way out of the fight unless he has all his own terms.

I used to think Bute was a bit to blame for fights not happening, but now I think he is very unlucky and avoided. Pavlik pulled out, Kessler didnt want to know, Showtime wont allow him to fight Froch, Ward doesnt want to fight him anywhere and now Dirrell wont travel to the champ. Most challengers travel to the champ, that is the norm but because Ward got his chances at home, I guess Dirrell wants similar

Dirrel's best chance at becoming a champ is waiting on Bute and Ward to vacate and Froch and Kessler to age. Then again, so is EVERYONE else's as well, but Dirrel has the most to lose right now. He goes to Canada and gets KOd and it's back to the drawing board. If he waits until Bute gets tired of waiting for Ward and leaves to the greener($$$$) pastures of LHW, then he can make his move.:bbb:bbb:bbb
