Disappointing main event.

For me the main event of the UFC was very disappointing. I mean what did we have. A rematch of a fight that was meant to be an easy start to Leners UFC career. When you look at the the co main events especially GSP v Alves. Surely this should have been the main event. A guy who had only won 3 times to poor or shot opposition against a guy that's never been that good. I feel IMO was a bit of a joke for the 100th event. Thoughts?

 

Mir was never really that good now. Thats a first.

 

Both Alves and GSP where top 10 p4p fighters where Mir and Lesnar arent even top 2 in their divison. I felt GSP-Alves should have been the main event.

 

On paper it should be but Lesnar sells tickets although GSP got the most noise

 

As dissapointing as it was, Lesnar sells tickets os he gets top billing

 

I didn't find it incredibly disappointing. I liked it. It's the heavyweight title. It deserved top billing despite GSP being p4p numero uno.
