Torito almost got Arce out of there in the 4th and gave him a pretty tough fight. Donaire looked like absolute dog**** though. I wouldn't put him in with montiel for a bit.
If you havent seen the fight then dont comment on it, you only make yourself look dumb by talking out of yo ass. Arce didnt TKO Concepcion he made him quit, and it took him a **** load of punches to do so. Donaire is a boxer not a brawler like Arce.
Donaire did well considering his heavier opponent didn't go through the rigors of making weight... The fight showed a strong El Torito who was 4.5 lbs heavier at weigh-in... This means El Torito didn't even sweat it out to make weight... 4.5 lbs is a lot in the lighter flyweight division... BTW, who won the Donaire vs. El Torito Concepcion fight?? .
Still, Donaire didn't adapt to a predictable, slow, c-class brawler. I expect better from such a highly ranked P4P'er.

I see it, or used to see it. He's so infatuated with his own speed and power that it could have cost him this fight. He got rocked a number of times when he should have just dominated him with boxing ability and talent. Instead, he duked it out, threw 1 punch at a time, trying to be too fancy. Yeah I know he's supposed to be the "Flash" and all, but if he doesn't learn to adapt to each individual fight, his career will get ended in a flash. I'll keep watching to see if he can become what I had hoped he would, but now I have my doubts.

Donaire is very overrated here because of the large Phillipinos base in the forum, and few others take that bait and overrated him too. But I'm not sold on a fighter that his best wincome to a fighter that lose to the weakest champion at 118lbs, and is mostly fighting bums, yes Concepcion didn't make the weight but Donaire has always being the bigger man in their fights so He fought a fighter weighting at much as him a barely beat him, a crude brawler with little experience and coming with a loss in hands of a faded Arce.
I hope a lot of you drop him of your p4p ratings now that He shows that He do not deserve to be in the list, now that His best win Vic loss to a paper champ, and strugle with a limited inexperience brawler. And has not won over a good fighter in well since his best win.
