Drinking blood....

HEY. I read in Sugar Ray Robinsons autobiography that he used to drink cows blood before fights to keep his nutritions good. Does this really help and could it damage your body, or even kill you?

Apparantly Himba or Masai tribes do it regularly. So maybe it's kinda traditional voodoo knowledge.

lots of people eat coagulated blood. google it

 

probably the same effect as drinking your own **** for the lost nutrients
