There's been far too many pull outs and cancelled fights recently. Yarde in the US, Kelly on the weekend and now Dubois. Hearn and Warren need to stop pissing about with young domestic talent. Fair enough if they are genuinely "ill", but I have my suspicions.
I think the sole purpose of this fight is to drive sales for the Frampton Warrington PPV. The plan I think was to put on a free to air night and then fill it with plugs for the Manchester card. Unfortunately with Yarde having appeared in LA and Dubois pulling out Frank is short of headliner material.
There is definitely a lack of headliners on BT Sport. Frank needs to build these guys quickly and give them meaningful fights asap
They want to pray Warrington-Franpton shifts some PPV's because the shopping channels are going to be pulling in more viewers than this bill. Just watched the IFL interview Frank gave recently too. When he was asked about Dubois he looked shifty as hell and couldn't wait to change the subject.
