Dubois Vs Joyce / Wallin

Has DD faced a leftie yet? I thought Wallin did well untill Fury decided to take the fight to him and then the size and weight difference was too much. He defo has some ability tho. Might be one to steer clear off just at this stage. Wallin has awkward gate keeper written all over him.

DD V Joyce would be a great fight but i can't see Frank risking it. Joyce is a good fight for the people in the know but not the arm chair fans that Frank needs to build DD's profile

 

Martin Bakole anyone

Rumor is Martin used to batter him in training so why not

Would love to see Dubois against either Joyce, Wallin or Bakole.

Wouldn't really be able to call it either...cracking fight, get it made Frank.

 

unfortunately I agree. It’s fight week and they’re trying to generate some hype.
Would love him to step up now as he beats most of the top 20 for me already.

 

He's 22 years old. What is the rush?

He is a baby as a heavyweight.

Lomachenko didn't step up until his 30s, same with Golovkin. Both are loved on this forum.

 

Fringe Euro level for the next year would be fine.

 

The Joyce fight wouldn’t be advisable.

There are better opponents out there who carry less risk.

Dubois should be brought along at a certain pace. I see nothing wrong with the likes of Breazeale, Washington or Takam in the short term.

 

It's a tough one now for Dubois as he gets greater recognition the level of opponents expected might end up a bit unfair. Hopefully this 'every belt' slogan will help with the pressure to jump in at the top and keep casuals onside.

 

Tom Schwarz is more likely than Wallin in my opinion for Dubois.

I’d like to see him in with Price as well in the near future as that would be a decent enough domestic fight.

 

If Dubois can be shaken by a guy like Lartey then Price would have a chance.

 

I doubt too that Frank would make Dubois v Joyce , as much as I would like to see it , doesn’t make business sense . Any of the other possibilities mentioned in previous postings would be ok.
