    Does anyone own this on DVD? including the end where Duran is shadowboxing? His footwork in the shadowboxing segment is probebly the best ive ever seen & he's about 38 at the time.

    Wow...Duran the consumate pro. Deceivingly difficult to hit with clean shots, very relaxed...impressive.

    ... and he's fat during that clip. There are a few clips that exist from 1980 where he's training in the spring and he was a demon.

    Impressive considering the size and age difference, but i think it should be noted that in between making Benn look bad, he got hit plenty as well. James Toney style.

    Is he training for the Barkley fight here?

    His awareness, balance and economy of movement is just beautiful to watch, but Benn does land, though.
