Miranda has poor speed and little ability to adapt and high risk of being penalized out of a win because he loves to headbutt and hit low. Being generous, he won the second round only against Ward, I think. On the other hand, he could knock out anybody with the almighty puncher's chance. If somebody could make him a two-handed fighter like Roach did for Pac, he would still have a lot to overcome but yeah, he could get his hands on a title. I've seen fighter's with less do it.
