theres a reason a guy with 27 fights all by KO is never on tv guys who medal out of the olympics have always made pro debuts on ppv cards or big televised cards in general and we watch them progress. but not this guy. sometimes you can catch him on fox north south east west espanol channel and one time he did make it on a showtime extreme undercard. is this how promoters promote someone? by hiding them from the boxing public?

He's a big powerful fighter with a long reach and has been touted to have a high level of athleticism - whatever the hell that means - but he's known to have a suspect jaw and the vast majority of his fights have been jokes for a so called "rising star", expecially if you consider he's almost 30 fights into his pro-career and the best name he'll have faced so far is Audley Harrison who, with all due repect to him, is regarded as a heavyweight failure. And, of course, Scott Gilfoid loves him. Wilder has so many question marks surrounding his boxing ability, his ability to take a punch and his ability in general, and has done so little in over 4 years as a pro to answer them, that most people expect him to fail the first time he steps up from club-fighter/domestic-fighter level.

In 2012, Manny Steward said he thought Wilder would likely become HW champ by 2014. Paulie M & Tim Witherspoon have said the same thing. I tend to agree, if he's able to withstand a really good pressure fighter. (The one thing we just don't know yet.) Don't listen to the haters, they're so full of it, they have to wipe after posting.
