Giving it the big un in the papers today about how he carved his own niche in today's boxing world, and how he backed Fraudley yet daddy told him to forget about it.

90% of the bums on this forum could have matched, even exceeded what you he has done... had they got the backing of the Matchroom brand.

Nothing worse than a silver spooner trying to buy himself some credibility.

Mad bad daddy did the donkey work.

At least he worked for a living rather than sponging his whole life like some children of multi millionaires.

Only see one thing about Hearn and that is if he was an ice cream he'd lick himself

He's had a head start sure, can't blame him for that. he's made the most out of what he started with, that's all anyone can do whether you start with a silver or plastic spoon.

As Eddie always responds to the jealous 9-5 bill payers

    "Play the hand you're dealt"

He joined the family business like many kids so and happened to be very good at it.

That is good for him & good for boxing

Remember Eddie only started with two things in this business, the Hearn name and £2 million quid, he deserves respect for dragging himself out of the gutter.

He can't win can he? I doubt he denies being privileged.

He's obviously good at what he does as he's just about to put on the Biggest fight in the UK since 1932.

Hes the best thing thats happened to british boxing. Long gone the days of old fish eyes running up fighters records with bums. Hes risking top fighters with losses by giving public great fights

Good for British boxing and good at what he does. And whilst admittedly mainly going off his Ifl interviews, he seems a very decent fella to me.
