    What everyone above said.
He had a serious mental problem and probably killed his wife by accident, then realized what he had done and decided he shouldn't be living or just got scared.

Didn't he vacate his belt and state his intention to move up to 140 just before he died?

What an addition the guy would've made to the division. Waste.

Valero - Marquez at 135 would've been a hell of a fight. Valero had a lot of potential and an exciting style. Shame he was whacked in the head and a shame about what he did to his little wife. What a scumbag.

the fact he survived that accident and kept on fighting..plus still knocking dudes out!
His fights prior to that accident, he was still green but the power was unreal..what a tragedy! He still continued and proved his worth and was closer in getting on that biog stage then the Tragedy!

Man, just imagine when the boxing world lost Sanchez..woah!

He would have actually fought his first legitimate contender...someone like a baby bull who woulda lasted the distance and kept the fight close and people would be calling him a hypejob. Then he'd get a unification with Marquez and get picked apart and KO'd and from then on he's known as a hypejob by dumbasses and an overated yet entertaining slugger by real fans.

Guerrero isn't a knockout artist, guy. Quinnesential boxer/puncher.
The guy has finally at ease mentally and it showed. Guerrero is too versatile for old dead Ed to have a prayer.
