Where does Edwin Rosario rank among all time hitters, he could really punch. I remember El Chapo beating El Crappo out of Robert Elizondo and was surprised that he stopped Livingston Bramble so quickly. Also his decision win over Howard Davis is an underrated classic, him saving his title with a second knockdown in the last seconds of the fight to get a close decision.
I list him as my personal hardest hitter at 135, ever. He had massive power in both paws and has a fine resume, power wise. Tho he lost the fight his display of power vs Jose Luis Ramirez in the rematch was spelbinding. Tho aging, the iron chinned Edwin Viruet provided a great example of Rosario's power. He's survived 25 rounds with peak Duran and wasn't even knocked down from memory. Tho at the end of his career Viruet had never been stopped until Rosario. Even when quite shot he still had that power. Emanuel Steward thought it was safe to roll the dice put Anthony Jones in with him, but too much power sorry. He moved up a division and still took out Loreto Garza in 3 rounds for a strap when over the hill. He might be my personal favorite at 135 poinds to be honest.
