I wonder where the likes of Macca and Bradley will go. I don't blame enzo for considering retirement at the same time as JC because apart from JC he has hardly been successful. If he stuck around he would be exposed for being an ordinary trainer who happened to have an exceptional son.

We may get more stupid ramblings if one of the channels signs him up as a pundit.

I would love Enzo to become Setanta's colour commentator for all David Haye fights.

Subtitles might be handy if he becomes a TV pundit - I can't make out what he is saying sometimes.

Hopefully he disappears into obscurity, I doubt it though he loves the sound of his own voice.

Yes,but not in a witty, erudite, raconteur 'cool Renaissance guy' kind of way though.
Its a mumbling, dull, unamusing, village idiot kind of way.
The novelty of those 'characters' wears off very quickly, once youve finished laughing AT(not with) them.

Is a bit sad really though. Enzo does say the odd the thing (well actually maybe more than the odd thing!) that doesn't come across too well but it would be a shame to see the gym lose its mainstay just because the other fighters in it are being held back by the dispute between one man and another. Frank Warren knows he can't win this battle in the long run whatever the outcome of the case, but seeing the Calzaghe gym lose its fighters would be his greatest compensation and very pleasing for him even if it is to the detriment of the fighters he would continue to control.

Youre right Hof.The repercussions to the fighters is unfortunate, regardless of Enzo's idiocy.

Don't exagerrate. Apart from JC he had a world champ in Enzo and Rees. He has prospects and decent level fighters like Pryce.

Enzo is a **** but he has done well.
