Errol Christie

    Just heard that Errol Christie died over the weekend at the age of 54. Anyone know what happened? Anytime I think of Christie I remember that war with Mark Kaylor and the brawl on the buildup to the fight.

    Just did what I should have done in the first place - gone to the British Forum. Apparently he died of cancer. What a shame. RIP.

    Thanks, man. I know its not an absolute with this disease, but did he take up the habit after leaving boxing? I think Howard Davis also passed from lung cancer and I don't believe he ever took up smoking.
