Looks like this could be happening, seen a few articles on it. Call me crazy but I think Eubank Jr may actually have a chance. Degale is the better boxer no doubt but can get lazy and take breaks and Eubank Jr can impose his will. Would actually sell well I think, hope it gets made but will believe it when it's signed.
I will believe it when I see it, but if it happens I am hoping it can be part of the World Boxing Super Series. Too much BS rumours going around at the moment!!! FFS heard this would be on ITV PPV too which I highly doubt
Personally I think its rubbish and we already know Degale wants no part of Jr He has been saying he will do what Froch did to him and ignore him and say he hasn't earned the fight yet

Eubank wins IMO. Think degale is on the decline now and looking for some retirement jobs. Eubank then groves would get him a few mil.
Will find the link I read - it was an online publisher with the story shared by a boxing group on Facebook. Not making out that it's the most credible of links, I just like the fight so thought I'd bring it up. Edit. It was actually that Twitter source posted by James but an article made out of that.
A natural middleweight who has yet to beat a world class opponent, stepping up to Super Middleweight to fight James Degale who's been in the ring with Jack, Bute, Dirrell and Paul Smith (haha). Eubank would get his head boxed off. Would love this fight to happen but I honestly don't believe it will.
Lets not get it twisted Jr is a bloody huge middleweight, I honestly don't believe he makes 160 anymore and on the flip side Degale is just an average sized Super Middleweight who gives up size to all the other top dogs/ Jr is not the smaller man in this one at all IMO
When has degale ever boxed anyone's head off? He always promises us plenty but makes hard work of every flight I have seen him in lately. Before the jack fight degale said " don't be surprised if I win every round" and went on to get his teeth knocked out and was lucky to get a draw.
Only way it happens is if Eubank has accepted his small fry and is taking a small split. 70/30 at best
I can see this fight going a lot like the BJS vs Eubank fight. DeGale sweeps the first 6 before he awful stamina lets him down and Eubank's workrate takes over. Hope this fight happens, neither have anywhere to go but eachother really as all the other fighters have fights lined up.
