Right - currently in an argument that has spanned 2 hours.

If these two men had ten fights - what would the final score be?

There are only two rules of the argument:

    1. The two fighters are in their prime. For me this is Eubank before the Watson fight and Benn when he was duffing up Americans. This way both men are at middleweight and the "Benn was weaker at SMW" cannot be used.

    2. Each fight is started as if fresh ie there are no ill-effects from other fights in this ten match series.

I have said that Eubank just had too hard a chin and too much brain to be knocked out by Benn. Benn's chin was iffy and Eubank's skill and power was not.

Put simply I could only see Benn winning by decision if he dropped Eubank at least once, preferably twice, in a fight. In 10 fights Eubank would not go down more than three times and as such I said Eubank would win a ten fight match up 7-3.

My ****wit of a housemate is insistent Benn would win at least half by knockout and one, maybe two, by decision. Giving Benn a 7-3 or 6-4 win.

We both post on here and have agreed that the opinion that is most supported on ESB is what we will take as gospel.

As much as I'd like to agree with Benn winning cos I liked him more as a boxer,I'd have to say Eubank 6-4.

Pre Watson II Eubank would win about 7-3.

Benn wasn't at his best at 160.

    Eubank 6-3-1.

Very evenly matched, but Eubank seemed to have the edge on Benn mentally. He also had the chin to take Benn's power out of the equation and was capable of making people look stupid.

Eubank would win the amjority at 160, Benn the majority at 168.

i thought benn was very unlucky in the rematch.

Benn supporter, but Eubank takes anything between 5 and 7. (I would say most likely 6-4, but 7-3 and 5-5 are also possible).

    Depends at what weight.

At 160 Eubank 8-2 (due to Benn not being at his best at the weight, not because Eubank is actually all that)

    At 168 maybe Benn 6-4
