When jack johnson was exiled from united states and Then he was offered to face jess willard was johnson officially the champ? I Am asking if the government took his belt like he did with ali? It is a strange situation an exiled champ with the belt?
And what do you think about this fight and Prime vs prime i see johnson dominating without doubts and you?

Well, the government didn't actually strip Ali of the title, it was the WBA and NYSAC. In Johnson's time, there was no international body capable of doing that. Johnson was champion because everyone knew he was, not because some alphabet organisation said so.

Also, Johnson skipped bail and was able to continue defending his title abroad. Ali chose to stay in the US and fight it out in the courts, and with his licence revoked that meant he couldn't box.
