I thought Mayweather looked like a big 147lbs against Marquez, more bordering on 154lbs, rather than 147, that said, I do think any size difference is marginal, although that Mayweather is bigger. I dont think the weight is the issue though to be honest, although I think Mayweather's reach is, but Mayweather would still of had a advantage there, had they started their career in the same weight class, so........
Emmanual is not a welterweight. look at his body compared to his previous opponents like Clottey, Margo and Cotto. Pac has obvious smaller muscle / bone structure. He's a lightweight, maybe junior welter. Floyd isn't a big welter either though, so the size difference won't be that much... maybe 4-5 pounds.
It will be even MORE horrible for Pac's legacy when he gasses in 6 and gets his can kicked AFTER taking drug tests. This is going to be EPIC. 90% of ESB's recent accounts will go dark.
I would be pulling for manny but it wouldn't bother me if floyd won. I don't like the guy but that's no big deal to me. It's the fact we always say oh yeah floyd would beat that guy, or floyd would destroy this guy, but he never seems to fight anyone. At welter at least I look at his career as very lack luster. I don't wanna hear you'll beat a guy, I wanna SEE u beat the guy. In the end I just wanna see the best fights possible. This would be a great fight, one dude with crazy D, the other with crazy O. May the best man win.
