I watched one of boxingegos clips and Mosley said something about how Mora has extremely fast feet, and had the quickest movement. Obviously guys in their lower weight classes like strawweight or flyweight would be faster though.

Yeah because sprinting and boxing footwork is the same.

Corrie Sander supposedly had a very good 100m sprint.

Bolt isn't that fast over super small distances.
He doesn't start as fast as the shorter sprinters.

Justin Gatlin would be easily faster on the distances only covered in the ring as Usain's tremendous stride doesn't matter in a small confined ring.

It's very well possible that over at most 20 meter, the fastest midgets are faster than olympic sprinters.
Though it's doubtful since boxers don't train for a full throttle sprint like a sprinter does and thus lack the sheer power output.*

But if we're talking about fastest runner, at what distance specified?

20-30 meter dash is not the 100m, nor is the 100m the 200m etc. etc.

*And pretty much any fighter below middleweight is simply too light to have great 20-40 yard dash times.

Going way back, James Jeffries ran the 100 in 10.5 seconds, which in his day would have won the Olympics.

Most very fast sprinter types lack the durability and long term stamina needed for boxing. I have never seen a track guy successfully transition to boxing.

If you call that running, then it's fair to say pac ran against Brandon Rios too.
