Was training earlier and felt really flat for first time in ages, is there any reason for this. I put it down to not sleeping much last night. Has anyone elsehad this feeling when your not as sharp as normal and your footwork seems slightly heavy.

We all get those days when the rythm is not there. I just used them to practice a more come-foward brawling style. Or some inside fighting.

that'll be adrenaline why u feel better after trainin a bit
if u dont sleep your muscles dont have time to rest
so if u train hard lack sleep your muscles feel heavier the next day
i remember when boilin down 4 a tournament i had a heavy trainin session then went me m8s n i was ther all night but i hadnt cossumed nothing 4 energy
whn i finally got away i sat down 4 a bit then when i got up me legs were dead heavy
tried trainin got the adrenaline goin n i felt good 4 a bit then went the sauna n fell asleep in it luckily someon woke me up
took them a hour like but i have to thank them cuz i could of died otherwise came out a stone lighter n thru up
    i was also very dizzy

We all have good and bad days. The best way to limit the number on bad days is to clean up your lifestyle, put yourself on a schedule and stick to it.
