I have been around for a while and have just realized through my own doing that Jeff ****ed Dannys whole career. Don't give a **** what anyone thinks.
Not saying i disagree with u, but making a thread with such a title only to hear other peoples opinion without giving yours shows a lack conviction. Lets hear why..........that way, ill most likely agree with u.
OK I just watched The Fight Game and Danny was a huge talent, being a White true blue Ozzie, unfortunetly he was Caught up in Jeffs life and Drama and in the mean time the decisions that were made on his behalf and for his career made more sense for Jeff rather than Danny! And in a time when we needed (as a country) a White Ozzie Fighter that reminds us of ourselvles, we were left with a White Ozzie with huge potential that was left with nothing because of the greed of someone he respected but never should have because at the end of the day all he cared about was his own bank balance and not the future of a real Oz superstar.
Sorry boys, before you get racial a true blue white ozzie that can fight resonates with us more than a half cast that has a chip on his shoulder because he isn't full blown be it abo or white, we want to support someone that reminds us of ourselves and Danny is the closest we will come to that, unfortunetly no one really knows why he has fallen by the wayside. And I believe Jeff has a lot to answer for this, I would bet my left nut Danny feels the same way!
Talk about reminding me of myself....I would love to get paid 10 times what I should and do lots less than expected...thats my dream job....go Mundine.
Fark being politically correct, let's be honest, Danny when he shocked Beyer in the first fight was a machine and made crucial mistakes (which cost him a world title) purely because of his corner and the personalities in them!
