Manny Pacquiao, since he shocked the world in 2003 he has been on a tear facing just bout everybody. Barrera-marquez-morales--delahoya-larios-diaz etc etc. He only lost 1 fight this decade and has won multiple world titles in different division. If he beat hattton and whoever he fights after that there is no doubt he will win fighter of the decade award.

yea true.. floyd would probably have won had he face cotto - margarito - or williams before retiring.

Bernard had a very good decade also beating tito-delahoya-pavlik-tarver

pacman just bout beat everybody he fought this decade.

I voted for Pac, but Hopkins could still do something to change my mind. What? Not sure. Let's see what he does next.

You have Taylor and Tarver but not Cotto??!?!?!?

Pac, but if B-Hop beats Dawson in 2009 and A) retires or B) fights someone like Adamek at CW, or beats Kessler at LHW, something like that in 2009/2010 then he would surpass Pac IMO, unless Pac beats JMM decisively or a few other top names.
