Fighting sick.

    Any tips to get the muscles moving and the air coming in again?

    We're at a loss, and I can't pull out now.

    Russian traditional remedy to get the breathing going - always worked for me.

    Cut up a whole onion and put it in a bowl. Put LOTS of salt in the bowl. Pour boiling water over it. Cover your head with the towel to keep the steam in and breath deeply.

    To the Russian remedy guy: Worked really well to clear the sinuses, mate, I appreciate it.

    Ah colds are bull****, take a lot of zinc, magnesium, vitamin c and water.

    No worries. I used it before amateur bouts when I was ill, always worked.

    i think ive seen fighters doing this but never knew what they were breathing in.
