So, how many times do they intend to get blood before the fight? it weakens you for no more than 24 hrs, which may happen during a scheduled sparring, weight lifting, cardio exercise, etc...what i mean is..random testing before a fight will affect your training schedules.

I am quite involved in the supplement industry and sport which involves drug testing to this degree. Rumours need to be put to rest here, blood tests are far more thorough than urine tests, otherwise they wouldn't exist. One of the main advantages of a blood test is the ability to detect peptides like igf and growth hormone derivitives which won't be found through urine. While I can appreciate that PAC does not want the distraction of blood tests before the fight, it's again another fallacy that these tests weaken you. A typical blood test will take just 3 to 5ml's of blood, which as a percentage of total blood is absolutely miniscule. Particularly when you consider many fighters lose more blood than this in an actual fight! In defense of PAC, a blood test directly after the fight will be equally as accurate, Floyd should just get confirmation of pac's agreeance to this in writing

I really don't think Pacquiao will turn away 30, 40, maybe 50 million because he doesn't want his blood drawn. The situation will probably be resolved within a few days. Just one of the many things that appeared to "kill" the fight.
