End of the month apparently. I'm 177, gotta get down to 164-165. Advice? I'm watching my diet and will start running everyday. Will wear heavy clothing to sweat a lot, too. I'm about %18 bodyfat so there's that, too.

Cut out 100% of your carbs for a week, maybe 2.

Just called my trainer, said I can fight between 170-175. Hope I don't fight anyone real experienced. Yeah, %18bf is high for a boxer but I started training three months ago. I've got plenty of muscle now but I'm still a bit chubby.

Weigh-in is day of the fight.

Good luck. Are you a nervous person, I will be crapping myself just being in front of the audience.

When I spar I block out the people watching and commenting. All that matters is hitting my opponent and when I get hit I get mad. I think I'll be fine in the ring, my fear is the anticipation. I get the shits when I know I'm gonna be sparring, so I know I'll feel sick knowing I'll be in a real fight with a more experienced fighter in front of lots of people.

Yeah, three. I'm fairly aggressive and I like to come at you with the jab and cross. I don't feel comfortable if I'm not on the attack, and that's a big reason why I get so tired. That and I'm out of shape by boxing standards.

Im buying some gloves head guards mouth piece now, After 5 years of being into boxing I am dying to fight, I feel like I've watched so many styles and that I can imitate any of them, but really I'll gas out in a round im sure. My friend is an amatuer boxer who trains at Peacocks gym in London, and i'll fight with him for some practise.
