    He must be seriously the worst ring announcer ever.
    Him or Matthew Campbell.:deal

    Old Howard Leigh is the best by far at ring announcing in Australia.

    Actually having sex before any sport is detrimental as your leg muscles and tendons (hamstrings especially) contract and tighten up. Not only does this hamper flexibility it also increases the chance of cramp during fatigue.....unless you're Bill Clinton and don't ejaculate. :smoke
