Fist Guards

    Has anybody used these before with joint pain? Do they work?

    They do but you can save some money by just using a sponge.

    started using foam/sponge (cut out from the matress softener stuff) after reading about you doing this, and it is helping the knuckles. Even with the new gloves, i've added close to 20 lbs walking around weight in 6 months...and the extra power is killing my hands.

    gl btw at prov opens next weekend. got a walk so won't be there, weighing in here and sending results.
