Can Penn sub Fitch? JF likes to control the legs on the ground and work from there, hard to see BJ pulling of a triangle or getting a sweep with a significantly large opponent on top of him. Would definitely be BJ's best win since Hughes 1 if he can pull it off imo

Jake sheilds is not overhyped. sheilds would beat bj penn by decision easier than you think. Penn will look really bad in the welterweight division a bunch of wrestlers with good ground control will blanket and frustrate bj to a decision. remember how gsp beat penn he kept trying to take bj penn down and grinded him until bj could not keep up anymore. fitch could do that sheilds can do that. people get too high off of a guy coming off a big win, I like bj penn but we have to face the fact that his career is probably done. he is stuck between two champs he cant beat, Frankie edgar and Gsp. Its time to make a little extra money and get out the game Mr penn.:hat
