I also think Fitch is a heavy favorite in this fight, I just didn't like the term "tucking his tail between his legs" that you used.

Here's how the Welterweight Division works:

    GSP

    (Two skill levels down)

    Jon Fitch

(One or Two skill levels down)

    Everyone else...

What is there to say, you get the prodigy, GOAT against John "I cant finish" Fitch.
Bj will be doing us a huge favor by knockin or choking this boring overachiever out.

Can Penn sub Fitch? JF likes to control the legs on the ground and work from there, hard to see BJ pulling of a triangle or getting a sweep with a significantly large opponent on top of him. Would definitely be BJ's best win since Hughes 1 if he can pull it off imo

Fitch has size, strength, cardio and wrestling on his side and should win vs Penn..I just wonder what the betting line will be because Fitch looks like some sweet cash

Fitch has size and wrestling..he will probably take down penn and lay on him like a blanket

Penn has good boxing for an mma fighter and excellent jiu-jitsu..i don't know about his takedown defense

    im going for penn

    Jake sheilds is not overhyped.

sheilds would beat bj penn by decision easier than you think.

Penn will look really bad in the welterweight division a bunch of wrestlers with good ground control will blanket and frustrate bj to a decision.

remember how gsp beat penn he kept trying to take bj penn down and grinded him until bj could not keep up anymore.

fitch could do that sheilds can do that.

people get too high off of a guy coming off a big win, I like bj penn but we have to face the fact that his career is probably done.

he is stuck between two champs he cant beat, Frankie edgar and Gsp. Its time to make a little extra money and get out the game Mr penn.:hat
