You do realize that we've been shown the video from Prenga's corner between Rounds 1 and 2, right? His own corner told him to be circumspect and not just go head hunting. Probably because they realized AJ wasn't that hurt. If some official had gone over and whispered in Prenga's ear someone would have seen it and commented on it.

So, if Prenga wasn't told to dive after kicking AJ's ass in the first round, he'd have to have been told to take a dive before the fight, correct? If that's the case, why in hell would he go hell for leather after AJ in Round 1? I could understand maybe trying to make it look good/believable, but after that first knockdown where you'd almost blown the whole scam, why the hell would you continue attacking him full out?

I know you probably didn't graduate high school and you seem to have zero critical thinking skills, but there's an old adage that goes, "Never attribute to malice that which can adequately be explained by incompetence." Prenga is not a high level boxer. He's not even a medium level boxer. His toughest fight up until this point was against Joey Dawejko. He has spent his entire career KO'ing absolute pies and puddings in Atlantic City. Take Wilder's miserable resume of absolute cab drivers and step it down about 100 times and you've got the level Kristian Prenga has been fighting at his whole career. So, rub those two brain cells you got fighting for third place together and think about what is more likely. A big conspiracy to fix this fight, a fight which they didn't absolutely have to have anyway and could have just gone straight into the Fury fight with zero risk; OR Prenga is just a shitty boxer, blew his load in the 1st round, didn't actually hurt AJ that bad, got tagged with the hardest shots he's ever taken in his life, and decided to shell up like a zillion boxers have done since time immemorial?

Again, Eddie ****ing Hearn is not going to risk his entire career, business, and reputation on fixing a silly tune up fight with Kristian freaking Prenga. Especially considering it would have been much easier to pick a complete non-puncher who was even worse than Prenga for AJ to knock over or just flat out not have the fight period and go straight into fighting Fury. This was a voluntary tune up you goof.

Yeah, mate, it was brilliant! I could have picked an absolute non-punching can for AJ to blast out of there for his tune up, but instead I picked a guy whose only half decent quality is that he can punch hard. Then I paid him off to take a dive! Ya know, just in case. But only after he knocks AJ over multiple times, embarrasses AJ immensely, and has everyone on planet Earth saying AJ's chin is gone and that he's shot to pieces. Totally will kill a ton of interest in the fight with Fury, too. I'm such a genius I even scare myself sometimes!

Also, just as a side note, when you agree to take a dive in a fight you SELL a nothingburger punch as a KO shot. You don't allow a murderous power puncher like AJ to combo off on you and put your lights out so bad you almost break your back hitting the canvas/bottom rope like Prenga. When you commit insurance fraud you short stop in front of another car and let them rear end you at slow city driving speeds, you don't drive head on into a semi going 70MPH down the highway.

And I know this is pointless because it's going to go in one ear, enter the vast cavernous nothingness of your head where there's only the lonely sound of the wind blowing, and then go right out the other ear, but you really got to drop the whole Glenn Beck, "I'm just asking questions!" style of "debate." Asking a bunch of questions you feel are rhetorical and prove your point isn't a legitimate argument. You're just throwing **** at the wall, hoping it sticks, and not actually proving anything or even making a coherent and logical argument. See, let me show you how dumb it sounds to actual somewhat intelligent people:

Why were the American fighter jets on exercises over Canada and not in a position to respond to the high jacked planes?

Why was everything blown to smithereens but they found one of the terrorists passports on the ground?

Why did everyone report hearing explosions before the towers came down?

Why did Building 7 fall straight into its own footprint like it had been intentionally demolished?

Why did the FBI and the CIA and the other intelligence agencies know about Osama bin Laden and that he might want to attack but didn't share information?

All questions designed to make it seem OBVIOUS that 9/11 was an inside job to anyone who doesn't have over a room temperature IQ and can't figure out that there are legitimate reasons/explanations for all these things.

"It's easier to fool people than it is to convince people that they have been fooled" - Mark Twain. For me it's undeniable that boxing is corrupt and fixed fights happen all the time. Now with legal gambling the pay offs are greater than ever before, but if you don't believe fights are fixed I doubt anything anyone says in a forum is likely to convince you otherwise.

He also had a heck of a lot to lose as he would be a laughing stock if he lost, so was cautious

I do think Prenga was told not to throw in R2. A crude slugger who hurt him every time he hit him suddenly decides to practise the art of the sweet science

Nor should we be convinced if you're offering zero evidence besides some vague "but the dude fought bad!" tripe.

Also the gambling angle doesn't work, either. Betting agencies are so good at their jobs now they know when suspicious levels of betting are occurring and will shut down taking wagers.

Finally, why do ya'll think all this can be kept under wraps? We had the most wealthy and powerful people on the planet all get exposed as pedophiles because people couldn't keep it under wraps. But ya'll are just absolutely positive that big time stars/promoters in boxing are paying off guys to take dives and everyone is keeping their mouths shut and no one is spilling the beans? Is anything real in ya'lls world anymore? Is the Earth actually flat? Is your mailman secretly a lizard person? None of this conspiracy bull**** used to be a thing until the internet and social media. Now every room temperature IQ halfwit gets convinced by a slightly smarter halfwit looking to make a buck that everything in the world is a sham. The NFL is scripted. The Illuminati are secretly trying to kill us all off. And birds aren't real! IYKYK!!!
