fizzy drinks

    i no fizzy drinks are bad but what about diet ones?

    Those are possibly even worse. The empty sugar content has been replaced with synthetic sweeteners that should be avoided at any cost.

    Pipe down mate. He's just asking a fairly normal question. You can't blame people for not knowing that, the producers of fizzy drinks are constantly claiming them to be more healthy.

    Well u douche bag, looking at how they say there's no fat or sugar it looks like their OK 2 have, just cuz I ent 2 hot on my science of how it all works don't mean I'm a ******.
    As far as I was told, drink water. Cuz there's 2 much sugar in fizzy drinks and I never questioned why cuz tbh I didn't care, I just knew it was best 2 drink water

    If you want a fizzy drink, try diet sparkling green tea. Healthy and makes you **** out some water weight.

    why not just mix sparkling water with hot or cold tea... no sugar, no artificial sweeteners, but it might still taste like **** though.
