If he fights Khan, he's got no power and no IQ and he has no chin (None!), Thurman, too green and basic, Brook, too green and nothing special, Cotto, already beat him once so was cherry pick, Golovkin, he was weight drained and overhyped, Garcia, lost arguably two of his last three and Salsa... so whoever he picks is the wrong one and whoever he doesn't pick were who he ducked and their qualities are exaggerated.
I don't think "Floyd is scared" is the best way to propose a fight which is often used by the fans of his potential opponents, including Khan. But I agree unless he fights GGG at 154, which is unlikely, Lara, Thurman or Brook are the best opponents (he didn't already face) he could fight at this point.

Be a very good fight and thurman can do it all but I still think the experience floyd has would win this fight, in september he should fight kell or thurman though for me, both are the top true welters out there and are good all rounders good defence, good offence and can punch. Spence impressed me last night but hard to fully judge because his opponent was fighting on 2 days notice and had only fought once since his loss to shawn in 2 years, he looks like a top top fighter though.
