Floyd in the UK

    I notice that Floyd cryptically tweeted about visiting the UK next month:-

    "Going to London-Leicester-Walsall-Manchester-Newcastle-Glasgow-Bolton-Paris-Belgium in October 2015 #TMT w/ @blackberg @Rn*****t****nt"

    Anyone have any details? It suggests to me that there may be some sort of dinner/meet and greet opportunities.

    if I remember rightly the last time something of this nature was planned it had to be caped as his visa application was declined due to his criminal conviction

    Yea he was supposed to do it last year but cancelled due to visa problems. He will be doing Q&A sessions, photos etc. Not sure how you'd go about getting a ticket however.

    If I did decide to pay £500 for a "handshake" then I'd want somebody a lot prettier than Mayweather :good

    not really a significant one in Walsall, compared to many parts of b'ham and west brom anyway.

    Not sure why he'd want to do this tour if he is retiring, Its not like he needs the money.

    Been a huge fan of Floyd for a long time, started watching his fights straight away when they were shown live in the UK (many probably don't know when that started) used to watch it before that with some other methods

    but wouldn't dare go to one of these, I'm a big fan but don't want to be surrounded by a bunch of nuthuggers who usually are the ones who go to these events

    Walsall will be in place of Birmingham. No idea why Walsall rather than Birmingham, mind.
